We have lived this journey, and I created Inner Explorers from my own lived experience as a mam. With my youngest daughter Amelia, I saw how big emotions showed up in her body long before she could explain them, and how noticing body clues and supporting regulation through connection truly helped. The characters and tools are based on what I have personally used with both Amelia and my eldest daughter Isabella, real, everyday support that works. Inner Explorers is dedicated to my beautiful girls, who taught me that understanding the body changes everything
